Welcome to diSabah. By accessing our website, mobile applications, or registering an account as a customer, wholesale dealer, vendor, or delivery rider, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.


1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Role

diSabah, operated by Blok Infiniti, provides a B2B2C digital marketplace that connects retail consumers, wholesale dealers, local vendors, and independent delivery riders. We act solely as a technology platform to facilitate these connections. We do not take ownership of the physical goods sold by vendors unless otherwise explicitly stated.


2. Strict Cashless Policy & Approved Payment Methods

To ensure the safety, security, and transparency of our marketplace, diSabah operates on a Strictly Cashless Payment System.

  1. Mandatory Payment Methods: All purchases, delivery fees, and wholesale commissions must be processed securely through the diSabah platform using our digital payment gateway system (which supports online banking, credit/debit cards, and major e-wallets) or via verified offline bank transfers submitted directly through the platform's checkout portal.
  2. No Cash Collections: Delivery Riders are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from receiving, requesting, or handling any physical cash from customers, dealers, or vendors under any circumstances.
  3. Scam & Fraud Disclaimer: If a customer, dealer, or vendor engages in an off-platform cash transaction or hands cash to a rider, they do so entirely at their own risk. Blok Infiniti and diSabah will absolutely NOT be held liable or responsible for any scams, fraud, theft, or disputes arising from unauthorized cash deals.
  4. Any attempt to bypass the platform's official digital payment systems or authorized offline bank transfer processes to initiate off-platform transfers may result in the immediate termination of the accounts involved.


3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

"User-Generated Content" (UGC) refers to any text, product listings, reviews, ratings, photos, or videos uploaded by users, vendors, or dealers onto the diSabah platform.

  1. Ownership & License: You retain ownership of your UGC. However, by posting on diSabah, you grant Blok Infiniti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.
  2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You guarantee that your UGC is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.
  3. Content Monitoring: While diSabah is not obligated to monitor all UGC, we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion if we deem it inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.


4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

diSabah maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy to protect our community. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account without prior warning, and may be reported to local law enforcement authorities (PDRM):

  1. Harassment & Abuse: Any form of hate speech, bullying, threats, or abusive language directed at customers, vendors, riders, or diSabah support staff.
  2. Fraud & Scams: Creating fake orders, submitting fraudulent payment disputes, selling counterfeit goods, or attempting to solicit off-platform cash transactions.
  3. Prohibited Items: Listing or selling illegal drugs, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, weapons, explicit material, or any goods restricted by Malaysian law.
  4. Platform Manipulation: Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the diSabah website, mobile apps, or server infrastructure.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Blok Infiniti and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the diSabah platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from errors, interruptions, or technical downtime.


6. Modifications to Terms

Blok Infiniti reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of diSabah after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
